David Kadoch is a founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Kadoch has founded and operated several private companies in the freight transportation, insurance and specialty retail industries prior to forming Aurora Capital.

Aurora's Board provides strategic direction for all subsidiaries, each of which has its own board and management team.
