Mr. Kadoch, born in 1951 in Jerusalem, is married with two children. He graduated from the Agricultural Institute in Israel, and then served in the Military for three years. He acquired his business and management skill through field experience and continuous education specifically in the transportation field.

From 1972 through 1984, he was engaged in International Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage and Insurance.  At the time, he was a licensed Bonded Warehouse Customs Broker, Freight Forwarder and a marine insurance agent.  He and his wife then owned two electronics stores, which opened in 1983 and were sold in August 1988, when they moved to Florida.

In Florida, Mr. Kadoch was engaged for a short period in the high-end furniture business.  In November 1990, he entered the automotive financing business becoming the founder of Flamingo Financing and Aurora Capital, serving as its CEO and President ever since.

Mr. Kadoch is also the President and founder of Yovel, Inc., a Florida non-profit organization, which is responsible for a $1 million endowment with Florida International University to advance educational programs and community outreach.
