Mr. Zour, who was born in 1951, is married with one child.  Israel served three years in the Israeli military and was honorably discharged after achieving the rank of lieutenant.  He graduated from Florida International University in Miami in 1976 with a BA in Accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).  Mr. Zour specializes in tax accounting, and had worked with several well-known international CPA firms before opening his own private practice in Miami in 1983.  He co-founded the Company’s predecessor, Flamingo Enterprises, Inc. in 1990 and has served in various capacities within the Company and its predecessor since that time.  Mr. Zour has been a shareholder, the Company’s accountant, and the CFO from its inception, initially on a part-time basis, and as of May 1st 1997, he joined the Company on a full-time basis. In October 2001, he was also appointed as the Treasurer and Vice Chairman in 2005.  Mr. Zour is involved in various capacities with several charitable organizations in south Florida.
