Mr. Chapman was born in Brooklyn in 1962. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1982 with a BA. He has also taken classes at the University of Miami toward an MBA. He is married.

Mr. Chapman brings an extensive management background, which includes Credit and Collection, Sales and Operations. The highlight of his management career was taking a "mom and pop" collection agency of five employees and turning it into a 200-employee corporation in just two years. This was done by negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with firms such as Tyco and SBC.

Mr. Chapman's current position with Flamingo Financing Company is a Collection Manager. In his short time with our company, he has been instrumental in dropping the average delinquency by 40%.

In his free time, Marty enjoys playing guitar and writing novels that "no one" would ever read. Over the past year, he has been involved with his wife doing an extensive renovation to their home.
