Sheila Kadoch, born in 1951, immigrated to the U.S. and became a U.S. citizen. She completed two years of psychology and two years of language studies at Queens College and Saint John’s College. She spent her early business career in managerial roles in insurance, international spare parts brokering and as executive assistant to the CEO of Air Afrique’s New York operations. She then joined her husband, David Kadoch, and helped manage the businesses mentioned in his biography above. Mrs. Kadoch is also a founder and has filled a variety of managerial roles with us since inception. Currently, she is Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Aurora and Chief Operating Officer of D.O.P., our real estate affiliate. She holds State of Florida licenses as a life insurance agent, real estate agent and private investigator.
